It’s been my observation over the years that there is no difference made between men and women here, all voices are heard equally. My growth at MindSprint has been encouraged as women are increasingly being considered for leadership roles. On the personal front too, during my pregnancy I had the liberty to work flexible hours and everyone ensured that there was no work related stress on me, at any given point of time.

I have previously worked at a big Indian conglomerate, but nothing compares with my experience at MindSprint.

The company allows me to wear multiple hats and empowers me to make decisions. I could plot my own career graph and grow from being a supply chain professional to a risk analyst. 

MindSprint has always given me the freedom to bring my thoughts to action and brought a great learning curve to my career. I have been pulled into various interesting use cases which involved using cutting-edge technologies and tools. This sharpened my skills and I was able to contribute to various solutions to tackle challenges in the agricultural sector. MindSprint is and will always be special for me.  

We are given the opportunity to upskill our career by learning a variety of courses. We are even reimbursed for doing these certification courses.

To understand the product, the organization conducts frequent knowledge sessions which helps us understand the business expectations, which in turn helps us to come up with solutions. 

Mindsprint has been my dream workplace for 4 incredible years. It's where my dreams came true - an inspiring company, a product I'm passionate about, challenging roles, supportive managers, and a phenomenal team.
